At Delta Prime Systems, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services. Due to the nature of our work—which involves significant time, planning, and resource allocation—we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy.
- Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for the following are non-refundable:
Initial consultation or discovery fees
Down payments or deposits
Custom software development work already started or completed
Project planning, documentation, or design services once delivered
Monthly or hourly retainers for ongoing development or maintenance
- Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions, at the sole discretion of Delta Prime Systems:
If a client cancels a project before development work has started
If the scope has not been delivered according to mutually agreed specifications and no resolution is possible
If a scheduling delay caused entirely by Delta Prime Systems exceeds 30 days
Refunds in these cases will be calculated based on hours worked, resources allocated, and the portion of the project completed.
- No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
The client is dissatisfied due to a change of mind or requirements after work has started
The project delay is caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, lack of communication, or failure to provide assets)
The final product is rejected based on subjective preference after client approval of deliverables during the process
A third-party service or tool used in the project fails or is discontinued
The service was delivered in full and according to agreed terms
- Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please reach out to us at info@deltaprimesys.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue through communication and fair assessment. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered in good faith.
- Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.
